You'll wade out into the water, and with the help of your instructor, will begin attempting to catch those all important waves. The instructors know that only practise makes perfect, so if at first you don't succeed...pick yourself up and try again! Once your 2 hours of tuition has drawn to a close, you'll probably be hungry, so feel free to make use of the centre's food and drink facilities.
