skills and techniques such as kneading, rolling, and laminating, in
order to produce some deliciously light and airy pastries. During
the three hour group lesson, you'll bake buttery Croissants, Pain
Au Chocolat, Pain Aux Raisins, and even Brioche. At the end of the
lesson, you'll leave with your own batch of freshly made dough to
take home and bake to your heart's delight!
