through the seaside village that doubles as Portwenn in the hit

Doc Martin has been filmed on location in Port Isaac since the
first series. The show follows the escapades of Dr Martin Ellingham
(Martin Clunes), a former vascular surgeon turned local GP with a
crippling fear of blood and a frosty bedside manner. During the
tour, fans will visit several familiar locations from the doctor’s
rounds – including his house/surgery, Louisa’s school, Mrs
Tishell’s pharmacy, and the Larges’ restaurant. What’s more, you’ll
hear behind-the-scenes anecdotes from someone who’s actually worked
as an extra on the show! Your local guide will also provide an
insight into village life, past and present, pointing out its
