The class will begin at the cookery school in Lewisham, South East London, where you will meet your instructor and the other participants joining you in the workshop. You will first be briefed on the safety of handling knives and other tools in the kitchen, before moving on to the fun stuff. During the two hour workshop, you will make a delicious one pot dish to enjoy with your fellow chefs at the end of the class or take home with you, to eat later.
