This Hampshire Cookery Experience allows the recipient to choose from a wide range of classes, each specifically designed to teach skills in a variety of cooking styles and cuisines. The full day experience begins on arrival at the kitchen, where you'll greet the professional chef and be introduced to the rest of the group. Depending on which class you choose, you'll spend the morning watching demonstrations, learning skills, tasting dishes and practising techniques on a selection of delicious foods, before breaking for lunch with a glass of wine. The afternoon sees you cooking more dishes, learning more skills and tasting further delicacies, so by the end of the day you'll be proficient in your chosen culinary area. Each class runs on select days throughout the year, which everything from gluten free classes to fish and shellfish classes to Italian cuisine classes.
