Chocolate Experience Days: Learn to make your own delightful chocolates with this fantastic
luxury chocolate making workshop in London. This chocolate making
class will give you some insight into the world of chocolate making
as a Master Chocolatier - for whom every day is a heady swirl of
molten chocolate and delicious ingredients - teach you to work with
the finest ingredients to make delicious fresh cream truffles.
The chocolate making class begins when you meet the chocolatier
host and start off the class with a chocolate martini making
session, drizzling the glass with melted chocolate. You'll also be
given a glass or two of prosecco to enjoy throughout the rest of
the workshop.Then it's time to learn the techniques to make
truffles that are far beyond anything you could hope to find in the
supermarket - these are truly artisan! Your chocolatier guide will
take you through the highly fascinating history timeline of
chocolate and how the magical creations were born and developed.
You'll also learn how the chocolate is made, taste test the
mouth-watering samples to decide on your favourites and also learn
from the choclatier connoisseurs some useful tips for when it's
your turn to make the chocolates.
After this you'll be feeling highly knowledgeable to make your
very own chocolates.Get creative with the different flavours
available, experimenting with rose, fig, orange and mint to
discover a fantastic mix. In partners you'll then make the fresh
cream truffles and cut, mould and dip this into goey milk chocolate
fudge. To add some finishing touches to your truffles, you'll have
a selection of edible decorations such as, berry dust, white
chocolate flakes and strawberry curls. At the end of the workshop
you'll be given a ribbon-tied bag of which you can take home 15 of
your handmade chocolates.
