During this 4-hour class led by an award-winning pastry chef, you’ll learn through demonstrations and practical lessons how to whip up the ultimate afternoon tea, before indulging in the fruits of your labour with a glass of bubbly. Learn how to make three tiers of home-baked delights during this afternoon tea masterclass. You’ll begin by meeting your knowledgeable teacher for the day in the state-of-the-art cook school. After a brief introduction, it’s time for the demonstration! The resident pastry chef will show you all the elements you’ll need to create your very own French patisserie, step-by-step. During your class, you’ll whip up a variety of delights including plain and fruit scones, choux buns, fruit tartlets and Victoria sponge.
