Cheese Making Experience Days: This delightful Beginners Cheese Making class
is the ideal day out for much loved cheese fans and all cooking
fanatics. You will be led by a professional chef, learning all the
tips and tricks for making a variety of soft and gooey cheeses. The
chef will provide clear demonstrations for you to watch before it's
time for you to put your aprons on and get involved.
The day will be filled with cheese, cheese and
more cheese. You will be shown how to make Mozzarela, Ricotta,
Paneer, Goats cheese and Soft Cheese with chives and chilli. Your
delicious creations can be enjoyed with a pear and walnut chutney,
various breads made from the cheese whey and a selection of oils,
salts and sugars to drizzle over. The class will also explain how
to take your cheese making to the next level and create a selection
of hard cheeses.
