Cooking Experience Days: Who say's vegetarian food has to be boring? It's time to take pride in vegetarian cooking and learn to create some truly delicious dishes to celebrate nature's finest ingredients! This full day cookery course in Exeter is run by professional chefs with a true love for food, and will see you bypassing the nut cutlet stage and skipping right ahead to developing an array of culinary skills and techniques you'll be able to use time and again. Upon arrival at the purpose built cookery school, you'll be warmly welcomed by your highly experienced tutor for the day and will get to know the other members of your group over a cup of tea or coffee. Then it's time to tie hair back, wash hands and get down to business. Throughout the full day class, you'll learn how to prepare veg correctly, gaining valuable knowledge on how to retain maximum colour, flavour and nutrition. You'll develop skills in sauce making, oven-drying and making your own fresh pasta. You'll put your skills to the test with some fabulous dishes such as home-made ravioli, goat's cheese tarts and a selection of soups and salads and will even get to enjoy some of these dishes together, during your lunch break.
