begin on arrival at London's Bel Canto, which is based on the
ground floor of the grand Corus Hotel Hyde Park. Throughout your
evening you will be serenaded by some of the very best young opera
singers in the country, and with solos, duets or quartets all
accompanied by a professional pianist, this is the perfect setting
for your meal! You can expect only the best food at Bel Canto:
starters include delectable dishes such as goat's cheese on a bed
of marinated beetroot capriccio, or homemade foie gras with toasted
brioche and fig chutney; mains include pan-fried prime beef fillet
with caramelized shallots, steamed rainbow trout served with a
light and refreshing salsa of ginger and spring onion salsa, or
mixed mushrooms and parmesan rigatoni. To finish your evening they
have a selection of expertly crafted desserts including creamy
panacotta or a rich chocolate fondant served with a subtly salted
caramel sauce. Alternatively you can pair the speciality selected
cheese board with the expertly sourced wines.
