Food and Drink Experience Days: Indulge in a gourmet Gin & Tonic Afternoon Tea in Sussex at a Grade I listed building, dining in style at the majestic Leonardslee Lakes & Gardens in Horsham.Leonardslee is the perfect setting for an Afternoon Tea you'll never forget, set in 240 acres of landscaped gardens and lakes that are home to a variety of wildlife. The Afternoon Tea at Michelin-Star awarded Restaurant Interlude has been carefully curated by Head Chef Jean Delport, and consists of traditional finger sandwiches, miniature cakes and sweet treats made using seasonal ingredients, and of course the classic scones with jam and clotted cream. You'll also receive a classic G&T made from Leonardslee Gin, a collaboration project by Leonardslee Head Chef Jean Delport and Cabin Pressure Spirits. The 19th century Drawing Room makes a fabulous location for enjoying this quintessentially British gourmet experience, overlooking the rolling hills of the South Downs.
