The experience takes place at one of the region’s finest cookery schools, in a renovated warehouse on Exeter’s historic quayside. Owners Jim and Lucy opened the school in 2016, and with the help of their team, they’ve earned a great reputation for hands-on classes and first-class hosting. During this half day lesson, they’ll show you how to make the most of your ingredients and serve restaurant-quality puds every time. You’ll cover a variety of essential techniques as you prepare two British classics—a perfectly set lemon posset and a fruit-filled summer pudding. When the lesson concludes, you’ll take home everything you’ve made plus tips for storing, freezing and defrosting—not that these puds will last that long!
