At the prestigious Edinburgh School of Food and Wine, you will be
learning from professional chefs how to create a delicious
three-course meal, before enjoying a decadent champagne tasting
session from a Veuve Clicquot expert. You will be greeted with some
tasty home baking on arrival and then it's down to business;
learning from experts and with plenty of tuition, you will rustle
up three faultless courses using fresh, seasonal ingredients, which
you can then enjoy over a glass of wine. Once you are suitably
full, it's on to the next part - the champagne tasting! You will be
taken through the range as you are taught important tasting skills
and learn how to appreciate the subtlety of each variety.
Afterwards you will be given copies of the recipes used as well as
