This fantastic centre in Swansea provides an organised and safe environment where beginners and experts can climb in an enjoyable way. This excellent and informative Introduction to Climbing course will teach you all the basic skills you need to enter the sport of climbing – have a go now and don’t look back!This step-by-step course features all aspects of indoor climbing, and will take you from a beginner who has never climbed before to an independent climber who recognises safety issues and has the necessary skills and confidence. The course covers warming up, fitting a harness, tying in and using a belay device, whilst at the same time enjoying the challenge and developing your technique on the bouldering walls. During the course your progression is reviewed by the qualified trainers and guidance will be offered on how to advance further. At the end of the course you should feel assured enough to climb unsupervised!
