This experience makes the perfect Sunday starting with a stop at Cave A Fromage in Portobello Market followed by a full day cookery course in Notting Hill. Led by professionals, this course will teach you how to pair a selection of delicious cheeses with a variety of wines in Portobello Market - the heart of London. Once you have tried and tasted until your heart's content, you'll head to Notting Hill where your cookery lesson will begin in the professional kitchen. With a glass of prosecco in hand, your course leader(s) will take you through the menu that you'll be preparing for your Italian themed cookery lesson. On the menu (subject to change) will be up to ten antipasti dishes, ranging from sweet to savoury including Traditional Meatballs, Stuffed Squid, Mediterranean Tuna Tartar and much, much more. You'll get to try and taste along the way of course, so you're in for a treat! After your class you'll receive an electronic copy of all the recipes, so all you need to do is relax and focus on making and tasting your delicious creations.
