Experience Days Art Classes: This voucher entitles you to 4 weeks of unlimited pole dancing classes at an excellent Exeter's only Pole Dance Community (PDC) pole dancing school. Pole dancing as a form of exercise and body conditioning has exploded in recent years, with women of all ages, shapes, genders and sizes stepping up to the pole. Pole dancing is no longer solely for the realm of gentleman's clubs - it is a superb way to keep fit and toned, work on flexibility, and have a lot of fun! It gives you a chance to find your inner minx whilst toning and improving your strength and flexibility, all in a safe, welcoming environment! Over four weeks, you can visit the pole dancing school as often as you like and attend unlimited pole dancing classes. These pole dancing classes last for 1 hour. This voucher entitles you to unlimited classes for four weeks.You will arrive at the pole dancing centre 5 mins before your first booked class to fill out paperwork. The class begins with a 5 minute warm up to get your muscles relaxed and limber. After the warm up you move on to 5 minutes of strength drills (you'll be surprised at the strength of some of the top pole dancers!). The next 45 minutes of the class will be spent working on new moves, gaining confidence and adding to your repertoire of tricks! The class ends with a 5 minute cool down.
