Once you have met your group for the day, you will each board a canoe and paddle over to a secluded survival island, where you’ll meet your instructors. Once you have been introduced, it’s into the woodland for a health and safety briefing, and to go over the day’s itinerary. From building traps, and learning how to safely filter water, to spoon whittling, and preparing your own rabbit stew, you and your group will cover a variety of outdoor techniques.
