Driving Experience Days: Think you need to be over 17 to drive a car? Think again! With the Under 17s Driving Experience in Hertfordshire you can get behind the wheel of a dual controlled Mazda MX-5, learning the basics of driving and having some fun on a purpose-built track. The experience is operated by one of the top driving companies in the country, so you're in safe hands during this full day of tutoring. On arrival, the day begins with a registration, the instructor takes you out for a demo lap before you hop straight into the driver's seat to go over clutch control, steering, braking, and general rules of the road. As time goes on and confidence builds, you'll increase your speed and tackle some more challenging manoeuvres like reversing round a corner and parallel parking (if the instructor thinks you can handle it!).
