Your experience begins at the workshop with a welcome and an introduction to the experience. You will watch a chocolate making demonstration, complete with stories and facts about chocolate and chocolate making, told by the master chocolatiers. Guests will then taste test chocolate to discern what makes a high quality chocolate. Then it's time to get hands-on, as you roll up your sleeves and make a giant chocolate button, which you can get really creative with and decorate however you like. Next up, you'll use a silky, glossy chocolate ganache,bowls of melted organic chocolate and, dark chocolate fudge, as well as decorations such as strawberry curls, white chocolate flakes and honeycomb to create rich, smooth and delicious handmade chocolate truffles that will melt in your mouth. The master chocolatiers will be on hand throughout your chocolate making class to help you through any tricky bits you encounter, and you will be given pretty bags with ribbon-ties to tke home your truffles at the end of the day, so you can share your creative genius with lucky friends and family!
