Cooking Experience Days: Food fanatics who would like to broaden their repertoire should look no further – this fantastic course will teach you everything you need to know to master British and Irish cooking. A fun and informative experience for novices and cooking enthusiasts alike, you will be taught by award-winning chefs from Corrigan’s Mayfair restaurant in London. With a passion for local ingredients, careful sourcing and seasonality, Corrigan’s Mayfair has won numerous awards including the AA’s London Restaurant of the Year in 2010 and BMW’s Best British Cuisine in 2011. Gets to grips learning new kitchen skills and producing delicious dishes with this amazing cookery course – you’ll be amazed at how far you come.Your British and Irish cookery class will begin with an overview to the Richard Corrigan philosophy of cooking from your chef. Before the day of the class, an invitation will be sent to you which will explain the running order of the course, your theme and menu for the day, and the essential guidelines of the kitchen (your tutor should always be referred to as ‘Chef’!) You will then spend the rest of the morning cooking in the kitchen with the team of chefs, after which you’ll be served a glass of champagne and have a delicious lunch in the restaurant itself. To wrap up your perfect day you will receive a signed copy of Chef Corrigan’s latest cookbook to motivate you to flex your cooking muscles a little further!
