Throughout this one hour afternoon tea experience with a twist, you'll get to enjoy either a tea or cafitiere style coffee followed by a selection of contemporary finger sandwiches, sweet canapes and french macaroons. While you and a friend tuck into your tea, a professional chef will be at the front of the group giving a relaxed and informal demonstration on how they created a selection of tarte tatin and fresh custard with caramel art on your table. The chef will cover all the industry tricks and tips they used and make sure it's a very fun and entertaining afternoon for everyone. Throughout the demonstration you're all welcome to interact with the chef, to make the most of your experience.
