Wine Maker For The Day - Wine Workshop £125.00
Food and Drink Experience Days: If you've always wanted to learn how to make wine, or know someone who has - then this is the experience for you! An exclusive opportunity to create your own tipple during the limited wine-making season. The tour departs from London Bridge and runs through February and March only, when the vineyards have their base wines ready to blend. You'll be in excellent hands with head winemaker, Kevin Sutherland, of Bluebell Vineyard. Here, you'll learn the fundamentals of wine-making - beginning with the classic cuvee, and experimenting with various flavours to blend your perfect wine. Once satisfied, you'll move on to taste some of the vineyard's finest, award-winning varieties, before heading to The Bent Arms for a delicious two-course lunch. Bellies full, you'll head to the final stop, Bolney Estate, where you'll have your second wine-tasting of the day!
