Cooking Experience Days: On this mouth-watering cooking experience, you'll learn how to cook traditional meals from around the world. You can choose out of a number of different themed classes and create classic dishes ranging from Moroccan Tangines to traditional French Coq Au Vin. After choosing which class you'd like to attend and a date is booked, you'll arrive at the beautiful kitchen overlooking the Gloucestershire hills. Your expert chef for the day will welcome you in and show you to your work space. They'll run through a demonstration of the different techniques and skills needed to create the dishes, before it's your turn to grab an apron and get cooking! Whether you're learning how to slice, dice and chop vegetables for a Thai Green Curry, or learning how to mix spices to create Falafels from the middle east, you'll leave with an array of skills that you can recreate again and again, in the comfort of your own home. The culinary workshop will last for approximately 3 hours depending on the class chosen. At the end of the lesson, you can taste your creations or take some home to share with friends or family.
